Key Responsibilities:
Ability to strategize, lead a team, and drive sales performance effectively. Oversee and lead field marketing activities, ensuring effective client engagement and sales generation Strategize and implement marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain strong relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Guide and support the team in presenting and delivering key information to potential clients. Drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to close sales and secure long-term partnerships. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
Requirements:
Graduate degree required - Proven experience in a leadership role within field marketing, sales promotions, customer handling, or service-oriented roles -English Communication Skills Experience in Field Marketing
