Job Description

In this role, you will be part of a team that drives Mindlers SAAS product for partners and career coaches. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and managing partners and career coaches, conceptualizing and executing client onboarding initiatives, conducting data research, and performing cold calling. You will also be responsible for delivering online product demos, drafting proposals and MOUs, recording customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in CRM, and communicating with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, maintain high motivation, and drive to achieve targets with a proven record of meeting quotas. Your role will require you to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
