Job Description

As an Associate/ Manager - Business Development, your role will involve increasing sales revenue by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. You will be responsible for developing a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a business development strategy for the B2B segment, targeting new clients both domestically and internationally. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining follow-up communication. - Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities through various channels such as meetings and networking. - Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data, track customer behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and profitability. - Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities from regions like India, US, and APAC. - Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and effectively promote company products. - Desired skills include lead generation, cold calling, and experience in setting meetings. **Qualifications Required:** - Preferably a Master's degree in marketing or a Bachelor's degree in technology, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales for technology services or products. - Experience in managing and cultivating a pipeline of qualified leads within software, SaaS, Analytics, IT products, or services. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. **Functional Competencies:** - Product Knowledge - Digital Marketing and Social skills - Ability to Forecast Sales opportunities based on Analytics - Sales Database building/Lead generation - Sales Strategies - Upselling & Cross Selling Techniques In addition, you will benefit from a hybrid/flexible work schedule, opportunities for continued learning, and health insurance coverage.,
