Job Description: Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team. This role offers structured training, growth opportunities, and attractive incentives for high performers.

Training Program

Duration: 15 days training + 30 days On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 (performance-based) during training

Compensation (Post Training)

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based, with no earning limits

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.

Present and promote company products/services effectively.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in sales/BD will be an added advantage.
