Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in the Architecture Construction Industry, your role involves tapping new customers, reassessing existing client potential, and exploring new markets with a focus on revenue generation, resolving grievances, and building the company's image. You will be part of the Channel Sales team, contributing to sales and pricing policy strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate revenue at optimum margins. - Achieve and exceed set targets for Top-Line and Bottom-Line clients. - Conduct market research to identify new markets and customers. - Maintain cordial relationships and build rapport with clients. - Assist the Business Head in assessing customer profiles to determine credit limits. - Plan call and visit calendars for periodic visits. - Provide market information to the management for strategic planning. - Ensure coordination between planning and execution teams. - Follow fair trade practices with honesty and integrity. - Maintain and update the customer database regularly. - Efficiently report all sales calls and visits on a daily basis. - Develop knowledge of existing products and competition. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Key Skills: - Good communication skills (verbal and written). - Negotiation and persuasion skills. - Quick learner. - Networking and planning skills. - Confidence and enthusiasm in building relations. - Active listening skills. Qualifications: - Graduate, MBA in Sales & Marketing or experience in the Construction/Design Industry preferred.
