As a Business Development Executive in the Architecture Construction Industry in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in tapping new customers, reassessing existing client potential, exploring new markets, and focusing on revenue generation. Your responsibilities will revolve around resolving grievances, enhancing the company's image, and contributing to the sales and pricing policies. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Generating Revenue at optimum Margins. - Achieving and exceeding set targets for both Top-Line and Bottom-Line Clients. - Conducting Market Research to identify new markets and customers. - Maintaining cordial relationships and building rapport with clients. - Assisting the Business Head in assessing the profile of the Customer to determine the Customer Credit Limit. - Planning the Call and Visit Calendar to ensure regular visits. - Presenting well-supported market information to the management for strategic planning. - Ensuring proper coordination between the planning and executing teams. - Following Fair Trade practices with honesty and integrity. - Maintaining and updating the Customer database regularly. - Efficiently reporting all Sales Calls and Visits on a daily basis. - Developing up-to-date knowledge of the Characteristics, Strengths, and Weaknesses of existing products in comparison to competitors. - Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
