UnsaidTalks is an angel-funded edtech mentorship platform that helps engineering students prepare for placements, internships, and career opportunities in tech and related fields. It started as a blog with the vision of bridging the gap between what colleges teach and what the industry actually expects. Over time, it evolved into a structured mentorship platform where industry professionals (mentors) guide students around cracking top tech placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Student consulting & advisory: Engage with students via calls and meetings to understand their aspirations, advise them on the most suitable UnsaidTalks mentorship programs, and ensure a high-quality guidance experience.
• Revenue generation & conversions: Drive business growth by converting prospective clients (students, colleges, and companies) into paying customers/partners, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Lead generation & pipeline management: Identify and nurture leads from multiple channels, maintain a robust pipeline, and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
• Partnership development: Strategize and execute outreach to colleges and companies to build meaningful partnerships, collaborations, and institutional tie-ups for UnsaidTalks programs.
• Market intelligence & strategy: Collect feedback from students and institutions, analyze market trends, and contribute insights to improve offerings and sales strategies

The vision of UnsaidTalks is to bridge the gap in experience between engineering students and seniors/industry professionals. The purpose of UnsaidTalks is to help engineering students make the best career decisions for themselves, prepare them for placements, and connect them with their seniors and relevant people in the industry for mentorship. Till now, UnsaidTalks has collected more than 800 interview room experiences of students placed in various companies from multiple engineering colleges, helped 100s of students connect to their seniors for the purpose of guidance, and mentored 1000s of students across various events and programs (both online and offline).
