Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Business Development Associate at HEXDOF Engineering Services Pvt Ltd in Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings between senior management and customers to discuss new opportunities and business expansion. Additionally, you will support the business development team, maintain and update the customer database in CRM, gather decision maker contacts of potential customers, handle sales, and coordinate the transition and delivery of engineering services. You will also be involved in preparing and maintaining sales proposals, PO, and invoices. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings between senior management and customers - Support the business development team - Maintain and update the customer database in CRM - Gather decision maker contacts via cold calling, emailing, and internet search - Handle sales and coordinate transition and delivery of engineering services - Prepare and maintain sales proposals, PO, and invoices Qualifications: - Both male and female candidates are eligible - Must have excellent presentation skills and experience in delivering presentations - Strong communication skills are required - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field - Fresh graduates with an interest in business development are welcome to apply - Experience in the engineering service industry is a plus,
