Role Description

Business Development Associate

key responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new leads through various channels (social media, calls, emails, networking, referrals).
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
• Coordinate with the creative and production teams for smooth on boarding of clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets in lead generation and conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales cycle and lead conversion techniques.
• Ability to handle client calls confidently and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, video production, or advertising (added advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
