Key Responsibilities

Identify potential leads through online research, databases, networking, and outbound outreach.
Support the BD team in generating new business opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Any degree (BBA, B..Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business processes (training will be provided).
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience.
