Business Development Associate (Freshers)

About the Opportunity:

We are excited to share a consultancy opportunity for fresh graduates (or final-year students) interested in kickstarting their career in Business Development and Client Engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and get hands-on exposure to real-world business development practices.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Assist in designing and executing outreach strategies.
• Conduct market research to support lead generation.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with presentations.
• Maintain and manage CRM or lead databases.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to freshers from any academic background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas.
• Basic understanding of business/sales/marketing concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Consultancy Details:

• Consultancy Period: 6 Months
• Consultancy Fee: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Certificate & Letter of Recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.

Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on organizational requirements.
