Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and digital outreach.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign support and feedback.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and target-oriented mindset.
