Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Plan and execute business development strategies to expand Moggs Estate’s market presence.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate clients for investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions that support sales goals.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure superior customer experience by providing professional support and after-sales service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
