Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners. Generate leads through various channels including networking, digital platforms, and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends. Plan and execute business development strategies to expand Moggs Estate’s market presence. Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, to closure. Build and maintain strong rapport with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate clients for investment opportunities. Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions that support sales goals. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and MIS reports for management.
