Sales Associate (Telecalling – Sacred & Precious Stones) – Kolkata

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Office Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM | Weekly Off: Sunday (6-day workweek)

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

What You’ll Do

● Consultative Telecalling – Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.

● Understand Customer Needs – Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.

● Explain Product Value – Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.

● Drive Sales – Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

● CRM & Follow-ups – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers. What

We’re Looking For

● Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.

● Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales

● Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.

● Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.

Note: Candidates must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one for work.
