Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Cybernaut Ed-Tech, your role will involve identifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into long-term clients to support the expansion of our educational technology offerings. You will play a crucial part in growing our client base and contributing to the overall success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, and network expansion - Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their education technology needs - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demos - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills - Freshers are welcome and will receive comprehensive sales training and mentoring **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets - Ability to work full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and be a team player - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus - Male candidates are preferred; however, female candidates are encouraged to apply If you are passionate about sales and business development, possess the required qualifications, and are eager to contribute to the growth of an educational technology company, we encourage you to apply for the Business Development Associate position at Cybernaut Ed-Tech.
