Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client handling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good understanding of the local market (Karnal).
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
Must have own vehicle for field activities (if applicable).
