About the apprenticeship

Under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), where you work in a real world environment applying what you’ve learned, gaining industry experience, and being mentored.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.

• Responsible for generating leads, making warm and cold calls and following up with potential customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

• Handle and resolve customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

• Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

• Participating in sales team meetings. What we look for in the candidates?

• Excellent English communication skill is a must (both written and oral).

• Ability to build rapport with clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate in tele-sales

• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

• Experience in IT Sales will be an added advantage

Qualification : BCA, B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, or MCA graduate
