About the Role:
PincodeKart is hiring a Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in calling or customer service. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth support experience across calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate product/service information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
