Business Development Associate / Art-tech Sales

You will be joining Artfills, a fast-growing Art-tech startup dedicated to teaching Indian Art forms globally. As a Business Development (Sales) Associate, your main role will be to sell Artfills products by engaging high-quality leads, establishing strong customer relationships, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess quick learning abilities, strong negotiation skills, and the capacity to present our offerings persuasively to customers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to surpass targets and boost sales. - Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies. - Offer continuous coaching and assistance to the Business Development team members. - The role may involve Inside Sales with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. - 6 days working schedule with an option of any weekday off. Qualifications: To be an ideal candidate, you should meet the following criteria: - 1-4 years of Sales Experience. - Job locations are Mumbai and Nashik. - Proficiency in verbal and written English communication. - Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets. - Ability to establish and nurture client relationships. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
