Business Development Associate / Art- tech Sales

As a Business Development (Sales) Associate at Artfills, a fast-growing Art-tech startup dedicated to teaching Indian Art forms globally, you will play a pivotal role in selling our products to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging high-quality leads, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and effectively closing deals. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a quick learner, possesses strong negotiation skills, and can present our offerings in a compelling manner. The ideal candidate for this position will receive a competitive fixed package of 3.5-7.0 LPA, along with additional sales incentives paid monthly upon meeting targets. You will have the opportunity to undergo business development training and receive mentorship from senior leaders. Artfills prides itself on being a non-hierarchical organization that offers ample room for personal and professional growth. Key responsibilities of the role include developing and implementing sales strategies to exceed targets, nurturing client relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies, and providing continuous coaching and support to the business development team. This role may involve inside sales with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, and a six-day workweek with one weekday off. We are looking for candidates who ideally have 1-4 years of sales experience, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, the ability to establish and maintain client relationships, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
