Job Description

Job Summary:

The Inside Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients (primarily educational institutions) through cold calling. The role involves explaining the company’s profile, promoting available training programs, scheduling appointments During the training period, the candidate will also learn to demonstrate our portal to clients and conduct virtual sessions for decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to colleges and universities across assigned regions.
  • Source new colleges region-wise and maintain updated contact details for outreach.
  • Present the company profile and available courses effectively to potential clients.
  • Fix appointments with Placement Officers, Department Heads, or decision-makers for detailed discussions.
  • During the training period, excel in demonstrating our portal to clients and conduct virtual demonstrations for decision-makers.
  • Send email announcements regarding new courses, offers, or updates to the client database.
  • Perform regular follow-up emails based on client needs and responses.
  • Schedule and send bulk promotional emails highlighting recent activities, events, and upcoming programs to all clients.
  • Maintain and update a region-wise database of colleges with complete communication records.
  • Document all calls, follow-ups, and responses systematically in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Training teams for smooth lead conversion and scheduling.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly calling, mailing, and appointment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Good written communication skills for email follow-ups and promotions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
  • Ability to manage and update region-wise data efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate the company’s portal confidently.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education sales will be an added advantage.
