Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the IT industry.
• Collaborate with other IT companies to outsource or co-develop projects.
• Lead negotiations, and close deals to achieve company targets.
• Actively pursue and generate leads from various platforms and sources.
• Represent the company at events and networking functions to increase visibility and client base.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
• Proven track record in acquiring IT-related projects or services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Established connections in the IT industry and ability to leverage those relationships.
• Proficient in lead generation, project negotiation, and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
