Job Description

As a Business Development & Client Relationship Assistant Manager at Sutra, a prominent event and activation agency based in Noida, Sector 2, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Your role will involve proactively identifying and engaging potential clients who require event services. You will be required to understand client needs thoroughly and effectively communicate these requirements to the appropriate internal teams for execution. Collaboration is key in this role as you will be expected to discuss project briefs, decode client requirements, and work closely with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and presenting idea pitches to clients, facilitating a smooth exchange of feedback to refine and meet client expectations. Acting as a liaison between clients and delivery teams will be crucial to ensure alignment and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. It will also be essential for you to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, marketing budgets, and upcoming product launches to generate new business opportunities. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to manage multiple projects effectively, maintain high-quality standards, and execute all projects within agreed timelines. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are imperative for this role, along with a go-getter attitude and a passion for relationship-building and sales. To excel in this role, you should have 2-6 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or a similar role within the events/marketing industry. An in-depth understanding of the events and activation industry will be advantageous.
