Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities in leasing, pre-leasing, outright sales, and property investments. Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitors, and potential clients. Maintain and update the property database, including availability, pricing, and documentation. Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Coordinate property site visits with prospective clients and follow up on leads. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, corporates, and investors. Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and networking platforms. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios. Assist in digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions for property listings.
