Job Summary: An experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman skilled in preparing precise architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Proficient in interpreting design concepts into technical documentation while coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project requirements. Develop municipal, tender, GFC (Good for Construction), and as-built drawings in coordination with design teams. Convert architectural concepts and sketches into accurate CAD drawings and 3D visual representations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for drawing integration and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities 1. Concept & Detailed Design Develop conceptual designs , space planning, and working drawings. Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and mood boards as needed. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. 2. Technical Drawings & Documentation Prepare and review architectural working drawings , GFC drawings, and coordination layouts. Work closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams for multi-disciplinary coordination . Maintain updated documentation and revisions throughout the project. 3. Client Coordination Attend client meetings for design discussions and brief understanding. Present design options, collect feedback, and incorporate changes efficiently. Ensure alignment with client objectives and project standards. 4. Project Management & Site Support Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure design intent is executed on-site . Conduct site visits for design checks, RFI responses, and quality validations. Assist PM team in material approvals, vendor coordination , and timelines. 5. Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs comply with local bye-laws, DCR, NBC norms , fire norms, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and support in documentation for government approvals, permissions , and submissions. 6.
