As a Sales and Business Development Executive in a dynamic digital or social marketing agency/company, your role involves: - Demonstrating 1-2 years of sales and business development experience, specifically in acquiring influencer marketing campaigns from various direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. - Having a strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and execution procedures. - Proficiency in influencer marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and social media insights. - Proven ability to independently manage sales and marketing teams. - Hands-on experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns. - Monitoring, comprehending, and implementing the latest influencer marketing strategies to secure new business and enhance existing campaigns. - Utilizing effective liaison skills with clients to understand their business needs and execute strategies accordingly. - Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, finance, development, and content to deliver optimal results for clients. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues and ensuring campaign success according to the provided brief.
