Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Operations Manager based in Bettiah, Bihar. The role involves driving business growth and operational excellence by managing client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, developing strategies to achieve business objectives, managing budgets, reporting on operational performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess performance, develop strategies, and identify areas for improvement
• Proficiency in operations management and budgeting to ensure efficient processes and resource allocation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and manage cross-functional teams
• Expertise in sales with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in business development, client management, and operational roles
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
