Role Purpose:
Drive business growth by proactively identifying, developing, and referring potential clients. Demonstrate expertise in building innovative lead-generation strategies and leveraging networks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Mapping
Identify potential organizations, sectors, and decision-makers in HR, L&D, DEI, and leadership domains.
Develop innovative strategies to generate leads beyond conventional networking.
Continuously expand and refine prospect lists using industry insights, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
Leverage personal and professional networks to uncover new business opportunities.
2. Client Engagement & Conversion
Initiate first-level conversations with prospects to understand high-level business needs.
Position The Power Pivot’s offerings clearly and persuasively to align with client requirements.
Facilitate warm introductions and ensure smooth transition of leads to internal teams.
Maintain follow-ups with prospects to drive engagement until handover is complete.
3. Relationship Management & Network Nurturing
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing client networks.
Maintain professionalism and uphold The Power Pivot’s brand credibility in all interactions.
Actively identify opportunities for repeat engagements and referrals.
4. Insights & Collaboration
Track and report all outreach, lead status, and engagement activities transparently.
Gather market intelligence, emerging trends, and feedback from client conversations.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach approaches based on field insights.
Stay updated on The Power Pivot’s solutions, programs, and industry developments to represent the brand effectively.
Requirements
• Strong existing network in HR, L&D, DEI, or leadership circles.
• Proven ability to connect with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Expertise in creative and high-impact lead-generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
