Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Developer Manager with 5-6 years of experience to join our team in Delhi and Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop sales opportunities and generate revenue through strategic planning and solutions marketing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement GTM plans, ensuring effective sales enablement and technology partner engagement.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business leads, converting them into successful deals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Experience working in IT system integrators, software companies, or ISPs is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA/PGDM in IT/Sytems; B.Tech + MBA preferred.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
