Business Developer Manager

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end sales process, starting from scheduling appointments to presenting a wide range of product offerings and solutions to high-level executives like CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for our company's products. Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients will be essential. You will be expected to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Negotiating terms, prices, and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals will also be a key part of your role. Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly targets will be crucial for your success in this position. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing efforts is imperative. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics will enable you to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system and providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and leadership team will be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills that allow you to effectively convey the value of our software solutions to senior executives like CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs. You should demonstrate a strong ability to ask qualifying questions and understand the needs and pain points of prospects at the executive level to offer tailored solutions. Being able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential. A self-motivated approach and proactive attitude towards sales will be highly valued in this position.,
