Business Developer Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with 4+ years of proven experience in generating business and delivering consistent results. The right candidate should be result-driven, ambitious, and capable of bringing in strong business opportunities.

Experience in securing Government Projects will be a major plus, but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
• Develop strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Proven track record of generating and closing business deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong professional network in relevant industries.
• Prior experience in handling or acquiring Government projects (preferred, not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
