Business Developer Manager

As a leading IT staffing solutions provider, we specialize in both contract and full-time staffing for various industries. As a Business Development Manager for IT Staffing Domestic, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through new client acquisition, requirement management, relationship building, market research, and effective communication. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in IT Staffing, established industry connections, and the ability to secure new clients while fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams for quality submissions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time). - Leverage existing contacts and cultivate relationships with Implementing Partners, Client Vendor Managers, and stakeholders. - Initiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with clients. - Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients and work closely with the internal recruitment team for quality submissions. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers, acting as the primary point of contact for client escalations. - Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors for a competitive edge. - Provide regular updates to the leadership team on business development progress and ensure seamless coordination between clients and the internal team. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in IT staffing business development with established contacts in implementing partner companies. - Strong network with Client Vendor Managers in the IT staffing space. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to effectively understand and present technical job requirements. - Demonstrated ability to consistently drive results and achieve targets. - Experience in securing and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) is highly preferred.
