The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and winning high-quality projects that align with our services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue relevant job postings on Upwork daily. Write customized, persuasive proposals and cover letters tailored to client needs. Manage Upwork profile and optimize it for visibility, credibility, and conversions. Engage in initial conversations with prospective clients and understand their requirements. Close deals through effective communication and negotiation. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Maintain records of leads, proposals, and outcomes using CRM tools (if applicable). Analyze competition and stay updated on trends within Upwork and freelancing platforms. Requirements: Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on Upwork. Strong understanding of Upwork's rules, policies, and algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. Familiarity with digital services such as (any of the following): Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, SMM, Design, Content Writing, etc. Knowledge of CRM or task management tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, ClickUp) is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in an agency environment. A strong Upwork profile with client feedback and job history (if applying as a freelancer). Basic knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, or outbound marketing is a bonus.
