Business Developement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and drive B2B sales growth. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across target industries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

New Client Acquisition

• Acquire new corporate clients and onboard them successfully.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Market Insights

• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
