Business Development Executive (Inside Sales – Offline Role)
Work Mode: On-site (Offline) | 6 Days Working

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven individuals who are genuinely interested in sales and business development.
This is an inside sales role, where calling, lead conversion, and objection handling will be your key success drivers.

If you enjoy speaking to people, closing deals, and growing in a fast-paced sales environment this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities (KRIs)

● Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into customers

● Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively

● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

● Maintain proper follow-ups and lead status

● Clearly explain products/services to prospects

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

● Maintain accurate sales reports and updates

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

Preferred: B.Sc (Medical / Life Sciences / Allied Health Background)

Also Eligible: B.Com, Engineering, or other relevant degrees

Year of Passing
2022 – 2025 graduates only- Experience & SalaryExperienced Candidates (1–2 Years)

● Experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Medical Sales preferred

● Willingness to work with weekly targets is mandatory

CTC: ₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience & performance)

Freshers

3-Month Internship (Paid / Performance-based)

● On successful completion, full-time conversion

CTC: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on internship performance)

Language & Communication Requirements

English: Fluent with strong business communication

Tamil: Mandatory

Hindi: Preferred

● Excellent clarity in speech and confidence in conversations

● Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills

● Strong interest in Sales & Business Development

● Confident calling and negotiation skills

● Target-driven mindset

● Quick learner with a positive attitude

● Discipline and consistency in follow-ups

● Ability to work in an offline, office-based environment
