Telecaller – Medical Sales (1 Year Experience) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Industry: Healthcare & Wellness center Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals, to introduce and promote our medical products and services. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential leads, assess their needs, and qualify them for follow-up by the sales team. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage to clients. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in our CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Education: Any degree Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
