Job Description

  • New business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiation and deal closure: Negotiate and finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract terms with business operations.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align business development goals with company strategy.
  • Brand representation: Act as an ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
