Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive with an MBA degree to join our sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and business development. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and field visits.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Participate in sales training and workshops as required.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or any field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
