Job Overview:

Flymedia Technology is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales and marketing ,with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
• Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and service quotations
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals
• Maintain and update client database and CRM tools
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue for the company
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for project execution
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and online platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command over English (as per client base).
