Business Data Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Hitachi Energy India Development Centre (IDC), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Your primary tasks will involve collecting and managing data from various sources, automating data extraction, and ensuring alignment of different financial and operational reports. You will analyze collected data to present it in an easily interpretable format, utilizing statistical tools to identify patterns and trends for diagnostic, predictive, and decision-making purposes. Additionally, you will prepare presentations based on Power BI Reports for the Head of India Development Center, coordinate with managers and team members for administrative tasks, facilitate event/workshop preparation, update monthly/quarterly newsletters, and maintain the SharePoint data structure and contents. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university and possess a minimum of 2-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong written and spoken English language skills are required to effectively communicate and collaborate within the organization.
