Business Coordinator – Sales

Job Purpose

The Business Coordinator – Sales will support the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, managing data and communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations between field teams, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales team for daily activities, meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain sales data, MIS, orders, and customer records
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and trackers
• Follow up on quotations, samples, orders, and dispatch status
• Act as a communication bridge between sales, accounts, logistics, and management
• Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally
• Support lead management and CRM updates
• Assist in sales planning, reviews, and target tracking

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination / business coordination
• Experience in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Healthcare is an advantage

• Professional communication (verbal & written)

• CRM handling (preferred)
