Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in the healthcare provider domain, particularly in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), patient experience management, and value-based care models. Your role will involve acting as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team to define and shape solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business stakeholders and analyze requirements effectively. - Gather and document requirements accurately. - Collaborate on solutions to meet business needs. - Validate solutions and support their successful rollout. Qualifications Required: - You should have at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider/Hospitals domain. - Possess in-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems HIS modules (e.g., Clinical Management, Patient Management, RCM, Lab, Radiology) and patient engagement digital platforms. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of value-based care, clinical workflows, and population health initiatives. - Experience in working with patient experience tools or platforms aimed at improving outcomes and satisfaction. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clinical leaders, operations, and IT teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for managing requirements and documentation.
