Business Consulting Finance (FSO) - Senior Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior member of the Business Consulting - Finance (FSO) team at EY, your main contribution will be in the areas of finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting, and ERP financial related modules for clients and internal projects. Your role involves actively establishing internal and external relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality work that is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in engagements focusing on Finance Transformation, including Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Global Business Services. - Work effectively as a team member, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinating with subordinates while updating Managers or above as necessary. - Assist in preparing for meetings with client management teams and help in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties. - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. - Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Business Consulting and other services across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0; an advanced degree is a bonus. - Have 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in internal control over financial reporting. - Demonstrate interest in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for process efficiency, and digitalization. - Possess a good understanding of the Business Value Chain and ERP finance related modules, with exposure to ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring, and reporting being advantageous. - Exhibit excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in other languages considered a great advantage. - Showcase strong leadership, teamwork, collaboration across disciplines and countries, as well as project management skills with multiple projects and diverse team members. - Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective presentation and communication skills.,
