Key Responsibilities

Business Diagnosis & Growth Planning

• Deep-dive into existing businesses (MSMEs, service businesses, local brands) to identify revenue, operations, and execution gaps.
  

Strategy with On-Ground Execution

• Design growth strategies and personally execute them—sales process fixes, pricing changes, partnerships, funnel improvements, and operational tweaks.
  

Revenue & Performance Ownership

• Own growth metrics and outcomes, with a clear mandate to showcase measurable revenue improvement (10–20%) within defined timelines.
  

On-Field Engagement & Travel

• Travel across Odisha to work closely with founders, managers, and teams to ensure real implementation, not just recommendations.
