Business Consultant

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Business Consultant to be a part of their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Business Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to make informed business decisions. You will also be developing and documenting business process models to showcase both current and future states. In this role, you will be expected to propose and design technical and process solutions that align with the business needs and objectives. Working closely with IT and other departments, you will implement these solutions to ensure they meet the overall business goals. Communication is key in this position, as you will be sharing your findings, recommendations, and project updates with stakeholders and executives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Participation in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will be identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
