Business Consultant

Responsibilities Classify and execute assigned business projects on behalf of the clients (payroll, recruiting, promotional campaigns etc) according to the client’s needs. Coordinate with assigned clients when required and perform an initial assessment of a challenging situation. Gather vital information about the client’s business via a variety of methods. Evaluate and interpret data to unearth problems and weaknesses. Comprehend the fundamental causes for the same. Develop detailed business plans that help impel small or radical changes. Provide assistance for any occurring issues and challenges. Assist Human Resources Department with hiring and training activities. Help clients implement the pan and resolve occasional discrepancies if any.

Pay: ₹732,935.82 - ₹2,299,534.39 per year
