Business Communication Trainer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business English Trainer, in Bangalore (close to Electronic City). The trainer will be responsible to deliver English language and soft skills training
• They will need to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Trainers will need to conduct a training need analysis as per client need
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curve
• Conduct refresher or stratified training for batches that are bottom quartile
• Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities and ensure 100% compliance on reports

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 2 years, of Voice and accent training in an International BPO
• Should have the flexibility to work in shifts
• Excellent communications skills and English language skills
• Good facilitation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Good people management skills
