Job Description

  • The Business Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the company
  • You will work cross-functionally with sales (horizontal & vertical), technology, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in business processes
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of B2B software businesses, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination Coordination with sales team to map strategic accounts and develop engagement plans
  • Regular reporting and follow up
  • Identify potential customers across targeted industry verticals (eg, Manufacturing, Utilities, Pharma, Chemicals)
  • Prepare documents ie, Presentation, datasheets, reference list, technical proposal, etc in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Understanding customer requirements from the sales team and align vertical team and required resources for site survey, presentation, demonstration etc
  • Ensure submission of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams
  • Facilitate internal meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business processes
  • General Tasks Monitoring Project Management activities with Delivery head and act as a liaison between different teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
  • Actively participate in customer interaction, technical discussion, reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reference documents
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy

Who Should Apply

  • -Diploma / Bachelors in ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering)is must
  • -Local Surat, Gujarat candidate preferable or ready to relocate Surat, Gujarat
  • -Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  • -Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tasks
  • -Exposure to B2B / software / technology-driven environments is a plus
