Role & responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily business operations , ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Support management in planning, tracking, and executing business strategies and performance goals. Maintain and analyze business reports, sales trackers, and MIS dashboards for management review. Facilitate effective communication between management, sales, operations, and client servicing teams. Oversee and maintain accurate client and partner databases , business documentation, and lead pipelines. Assist the business development team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and client coordination. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for better efficiency. Prepare and circulate performance summaries, reports, and presentations as directed by senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
