Job Description

To drive the continuous development of business capabilities through impactful training programs, focusing on sales and soft skills. The role aims to enhance the knowledge and competencies of employees, particularly in the oncology domain, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Deliver pre-induction onboarding (e.g., DSL assignments, LMS modules) and monitor eLearning progress.
  • Provide on-the-job training and post-induction follow-up in collaboration with regional and zonal managers, with a focus on oncology products.
  • Develop therapy-specific e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, especially for complex therapeutic areas.
  • Conduct localized product and skill-based training sessions, including mock role plays.
  • Facilitate field coaching using structured tools and methodologies.
  • Align training initiatives with feedback from sales leadership, probation status, performance plans, and KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Medical Affairs teams to ensure training aligns with product positioning, objection handling, and treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with head office trainers on advanced learning projects.
  • Coordinate with regional managers, business capability managers, and HR to align training with KPIs for oncology portfolio representatives.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track progress through quizzes, monthly assessments, and coaching logs.
  • Conduct therapy-specific evaluations, including oncology knowledge assessments and simulation-based exercises.
  • Adapt training plans based on needs analysis and field insights, especially in high-science areas like oncology.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Allocate approximately 14 days/month for fieldwork and 10 days for classroom/training activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Profile Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Life Sciences or Pharmacy (preferred).
  • MBA in HR is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to engage across various therapy areas.
